Mud, Sweat, and Cheers at Xplor Park
Xplor Park’s mud-run-style 5K obstacle race, Xplor Bravest Race, is BACK!
On September 16, 2018, you'll get to run through the jungle, swim through caves, traverse daring obstacles, and face many other natural and man-made challenges in one of our region’s most incredible locations: Xplor Park. In celebration of Mexican Independence Day, the theme of this year’s Bravest Race is ¡Viva México! and runners will have to overcome 30 obstacles and earn green, white, and red bandanas to reach the finish line and earn The Bravest Medal.
Xplor says, “As unity is a value that represents all of Mexico, there will be compadres, Mexicans by birth or at heart like you, who will be encouraging and supporting you through the whole race to get you to the finish line and defeat the challenge.”
The cost to register for the Bravest Race is $882 pesos during the month of August or $980 pesos until September 1st. Special VIP pricing is also available and includes breakfast, souvenirs, and photos. You can find all of the pricing and registration info HERE.
Xplor Park is located along the Cancun-Tulum highway, just five minutes south of Playa del Carmen. It has caves, underground rivers, towering ziplines and many other outdoor adventures, and it’s the perfect place for a fun obstacle race in the middle of the jungle. At this year's Bravest Race, you should be prepared to run, jump, swim, climb, and crawl to get to the finish line.
When the challenge ends, the party begins! The Bravest Party is a fun gathering with the other competitors and all your guests. In keeping with the theme of the race, it will be a Mexican-style carnival with music, food, games, and entertainment for the entire family.
