Banyan Tree Mayakoba will be hosting its third edition of the culinary festival devoted to meat lovers called “A Chance to Meat, Again!”. A sumptuous two-day event hosted by international guest-Chefs and its own Executive Chef Alfonso de la Dehesa. Throughout the event, guests will enjoy hands-on activities and palate a variety of fine cuts featured with a famous Asado-style grilled menu. The weekend’s full itinerary includes:
Friday, February 16th at 6:30pm: Main lobby at Banyan Tree Mayakoba – Kick-off this culinary journey through the traditions of the different guest Chefs with a special one-time feast created for this occasion only. All the parts of the cow will be cooked on each Chef’s own way. Signature drinks will start flowing, as well as tequila and wine pairing from Mexico..
Saturday, February 17th at 6:30pm: The Tomahawk Den at Banyan Tree Mayakoba – The festival will culminate with an epicurean meat lover’s dinner event featuring live cooking stations, with a cigar roller, dimmed lights and the finest tequila and wines. Allowing all guests to immerse themselves in this experience, as delicious cuts of meat will be cooked on the open grill, paired with Mexican wine and exotic cocktails.
