CASONA: CULTURE, ART, FURNITURE AND FOOD IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN
Playa del Carmen is filled with culture and art, if you know where to look! Casona Furniture and Art Gallery is located on 25th Avenue between 26th and 28th streets.

and recently they added an Art Gallery.
Every few months Casona features different local artists. The grand opening of a new artist is always a gala event.
The featured artists for this show are Beatriz Galavan, Maku Liganarolo and Armando Martinez Venegas.
The show opening was celebrated with an aptly timed humorous political cometary live performance titled, "el Señor Gobernador" by Camilo Ayub, Jorge Almaguer and Rodolfo Pacheco.
Casona hosts many fun events every week, outdoor movie night being by far the most popular! Elemento restaurant also serves up delicious comfortably priced food daily at Casona. Stop into the showroom every so often to check out the new featured artists, have a lovely meal and see what is happening on the art scene in Playa del Carmen!
Andrea was born and raised in Montreal by a Mexican mother and a French Canadian father.
