Over the last few years, Playa del Carmen has received a considerable amount of new residents coming from all over the world to either make a new fresh start or to retire on the most beautiful beaches of the world. March 5th 2015, the team of the new Menesse The City condominiums invited all of us from BuyPlaya Real Estate Advisors to a cocktail party presentation of their newest project. The gathering took place in a very interesting location: their very own construction site! Dj, bartenders, elegant beach umbrellas, lounge furniture and special lighting recreating the magic of tropical sunsets and sunrises were set up for a fabulous evening cocktail party.
The top leaders of the Riviera Maya Real Estate market were united to assist the official presentation of this new and exciting project. Marc Pujol, Director General of GMB introduced the crowd to the concept of Menesse The City: Affordable studios, ideal location, 1 and 2 bedroom appartments with top of the line Italian furniture, and an incredible variety of amenities.
A pleasant surprise was announced regarding the studios: each new lucky owner will receive a free Vespa scooter for their unit! As Playa del Carmen continues to grow and become more populated every year, the Vespa scooter is a ingenious and practical way to discover our amazing city and its surroundings while being easier on the local environment and traffic.
