Coco's to Host 11th Anniversary Cocktail Party

On Saturday, March 7th, Coco’s Animal Welfare will host its 11th Anniversary Cocktail Party in Playa del Carmen. There will be drinks, live music, and a silent auction. This is a fantastic opportunity to help support this incredible local non-profit animal rescue.

Coco’s Animal Welfare is a non-profit organization dedicated to humanely reducing and controlling cat and dog populations in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya through their permanent clinic facility and mobile spay and neuter clinics. Low cost or free sterilization is provided for pets, street dogs and cats, and animals rescued by local rescue groups.

Since the organization was founded, Coco’s has spayed and neutered more than 39,750 animals, helping to greatly reduce the number of unwanted cats and dogs in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya. Some of their programs include regular spay/neuter clinics, kitten support, cat cafes at hotels and resorts, rescue and adoption programs, and community outreach.

Coco’s 11th Anniversary Cocktail Party and silent auction is taking place March 7, 2020 at 8pm at the Fiesta Inn in downtown Playa del Carmen. All proceeds from this event benefit Coco’s Animal Welfare so they can continue their important work helping cats and dogs in our community.

Presale tickets are available now for $250 pesos ($300 pesos at the door). Your ticket gets you into the event and includes two cocktails, plus the opportunity to bid on amazing prizes. Tickets can be purchased online and at Coco's Animal Welfare clinic in Playa del Carmen.

If you won’t be in town to attend, but would still like to make a monetary donation to help support Coco’s Animal Welfare, you can do so by visiting their website, cocosanimalwelfare.org.
