The Riviera Maya's Surprisingly Sensual New Show: Rauxa!
The Riviera Maya is internationally known for its culture and history, for its breathtaking white sand beaches and turquoise water, for its mysterious jungle and cenotes, for its delightful and rich cuisine, and also for its incredible music and entertainment scene. However, it is only recently that the music, dance and entertainment scene took another spin. Thanks to the fast growth of the region and a larger demand coming from an eclectic and cosmopolitan population, different styles and genres are emerging and adapting to a scene and public that are now ready for such a twist.
A new dinner-show and concept has come to town, only 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Rauxa is a show where anything can happen: "Elevating your senses in the stimulating atmosphere of a cabaret-style theater." From the moment you enter the theater, walking through a wild, sexy and mysterious atmosphere, you will encounter some interesting creatures before the show has even started...
Rauxa is a complete different concept where dining meets music and dance, but in a sexy and wild ambiance for adults only - just like in the good old cabarets days. The 4-course dinner is outstanding, as you get to experience very unique, yet very local cuisine as well as delicious Mexican wine and spirited cocktails.
