Seaside Rotary Golf Classic in Playa del Carmen
On Saturday, March 23rd, Rotary Club Playa del Carmen Seaside will host the 7th Annual Seaside Rotary Golf Classic at the Hard Rock Golf Club Riviera Maya in Playacar.
The Seaside Rotary Golf Classic is a charity golf tournament to support Playa's Seaside Rotary Club, a club dedicated to helping to improve the lives of disadvantaged youth and families in Playa del Carmen through fundraising and volunteer support for local charitable organizations.
The Seaside Rotary Golf Classic is the largest fundraising event of the year for the Seaside Rotary Club, so come out and show your support!
The tournament format will be teams of two playing Low Ball Stableford. Players are invited to sign up in teams or individually. There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, as well as additional prizes for categories like “Closest to the Hole,” “Longest Drive,” and “Beat the Pro,” and even a chance to win a Mini Cooper. And back by popular demand, the tournament will also feature a “Seaside Rotary MILLION Peso Hole-In-One Shoot Out.”
Prizes for the golfers are donated by local businesses and 100% of the net proceeds from the Seaside Rotary Golf Classic go toward charitable programs and initiatives in the community that support Playa del Carmen Seaside Rotary Club’s mission.
Tee-time is at 8am. Coffee and breakfast will be served before the tournament and complimentary beverages will be provided during tournament play. All players and sponsors are invited to an awards ceremony and luncheon following the tournament. The cost per player is 3,000 MXN.
