SIMCA INTRODUCES PLAYA DEL CARMEN TO THEIR LATEST PROJECT

Last week, the developer invited local real estate agents as well as people form the real estate industry for the official launching of Lunada, one of their most recent projects located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, on calle 34 between 10th and 20th avenue.

Cocktails and canapes were nicely prepared and served to the guests. The Dj played music to not only celebrate the launching of this new project, but also to reunite Playa del Carmen's real estate elite. The party on the rooftop terrace, with an amazing view of the city lights, was a good taste of what future owners and guests will experience when staying at Lunada.

SIMCA owners introduced us to the concept of Lunada: a total of 68 units of 2 bedroom condominiums, of which 16 units are penthouses.
The units vary between 1,055 and 1,134 sqft plus balconies and terraces.
